Arise Community Church is a missional church
coming to Bad Axe, Michigan in 2025.
We are a movement of Jesus designed to love our neighbor and impact cities all throughout the Thumb of Michigan. We will live as everyday missionaries in the places that we live, work, learn and play.
We believe that when we rise in Jesus, our faith comes alive and we worship God with our everyday lives. We believe that when we move toward our neighbors in love—we bridge divides, heal wounds, and create connections that can reshape communities. And when we serve our city, we reflect the heart of Jesus, meeting real needs and bringing hope to places longing for it.

Isaiah 60:1-4
“Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see.
For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you.
2 Darkness as black as night covers all the nations of the earth,
but the glory of the Lord rises and appears over you.
3 All nations will come to your light;
mighty kings will come to see your radiance.

Your sons are coming from distant lands;
your little daughters will be carried home.
